Flying with Jack Roush:

I know F-1 is the prefered form of autosports here, but I don't know of anyone in F-1 that flies their own planes, ;) I used to enjoy F-1 but got tired of never seeing any on track passes.(Except of course when a few years back Montoya made a beautiful daring pass on old Shumy!)
Sorry if I ruffled any feathers ;)

At the June Michigan race this year Jack Roush did the flyover in his Mustang (the P-51 kind).  What was really cool was the helmet mounted camera they gave him for the flight. ;)

Although, he did have a close call a few years ago: http://www.nascar.com/2002/news/headlin ... index.html

To be fair several F1 drivers are licensed pilots.
Although as far as I know none have a p51. LOL

Scott Dixon owns a Columbia 400.  Not F-1 or a P-51, but still...

Rick Hendrick [owner] also flies a SAAB if I'm not mistaken.
