I have watched videos of Princess Juliana International Airport. I would say it is scarier for the people.

Matekane Air Strip Lesotho looks like fun.  ;D I thought that this was the best one to look at. It gets boring looking at them talk about how hard these big airports are. I say horray to the bush strips!

Oh, for crying out loud...

JFK?!

You've got 10000 friggin feet of runway on 13L, I've had no trouble landing halfway down the strip while practicing that approach-in a 747!

Yeah, JFK kind of threw me off too......I guess the main reason is due to the extremely heavy traffic levels compared to most other locations in the rest of the world, and even within the US itself. After all, you have three busy airports (two being international gateways) all within a few miles of eachother, along with Boston a hundred or so miles north, and the DC metropolitan area with it's own big 3 a couple hundred miles south. This means that the airspace in the US is pretty swamped (relatively speaking...) at lower levels from Virgina on up. (It certainly is in my FS2004, with all of the extra traffic packs I installed. I once got it to a point where I strongly believe that my sim was actually a lot busier than real life in the metro areas, so I removed a small amount of packages. It certainly helped with the frame rates.)

Other than that entry, I found the other airports selected to be good choices. I was also surprised to see Reagan on there, but after reading their reasoning, it really does make sense!

that tiny little airstrip in Lesotho must be scary as hell at first but probably gets fun after a while dropping off the face of the earth and getting airborune again

Yes, that Lesotho airport I imagine would be tons of fun once you get used to it. Well....maybe not if you have to land there with the cliff face facing you, but taking off sure would be a blast!
I'll be trying that airport in Bhutan in FS in the coming days as well if I remember to. You apparently have to weave through some canyons/valleys, which could produce some great screenshots.

The Canarsie Visual to 13L at JFK is rather daunting. No ILS, after a long trans-con flight with several sharp turns prior to come to final. In many cases, pilots aren't even get lined up with the runway when they're over the threshold.

Juancho E. Yrausquin sucks by default in FSX... so I'm making an updated version, keep your eyes open :P
