Prince William obviously enjoyed that RAF...

Seems the the second in line to the throne is going to take after his uncle, albeit in the lighter blue. It appeared that he enjoyed his time on during his "work experience" with the RAF, and so he is going to become an SAR pilot. Whether this was "choice", or the fact that being a Sea King pilot is about the only job in the RAF where he wouldn't be required to deploy operationally (and the horrible security issues that understandably would raise), is another matter.

Good on him. :)

At least he is doing something useful! How many of our "leaders" have children in the Forces? ::)
I think it isn't a bad thing our future King is doing his bit in uniform and if he saves some lives that is no bad thing ;)

When he becomes King, he'll be Head of the Armed Forces... at least he can say he's been there, done that.

Only if the Queen doesn't out-live him... ;)

Now he should have more respect for the RAF, and the people that protect him, and he gets to save lives, not a bad gig at all. 8-)
