Good old journos, arriving at the story a couple of weeks late. The pair of Twinstars have been in the UK for some time under civil registrations as was revealed when they appear in mil serials a few weeks ago.

Could be an interesting job though. No loo though, no galley. Under certain regulations such long flights would never be permitted! ;D

Noise should be one of them. We have a Twin Star at the airport I work at. The diesel version too. When that takes off you can hear it from a couple of miles away. It sounds like a cross between a 50cc Fizzy on steroids and a Duc900 on speed. As a spotter/surveillance, well I can see the Taliban right now..............."Turn the radio down, yup, RAF is on it's way, all under cover in 5 minutes...........Aarif take that Stinger and hide behind that rock" ;D
