I heard about Patty through a friend that was there and knows her.  Sounds like Oshkosh security took it a little far, because she wound up with a black eye.

Whoa, didn't hear about the black eye.

Heres what I heard about it:
-Patty and friends were racing down the runway, got caught and refused to do a blow test (which results in a immediate DUI conviction).
-Patty said she took a wrong turn and was run down by the cops and detained for 3.5 hours
-In Wisconsin you can't get a DUI on non public roads (heard this from Wichita PD chopper pilots)

Ok, here is the unofficial story.

It is an Oshkosh "tradition" for the airshow pilots to go out to the runway late at night after the tower has closed and there is no traffic around and have a beer.  This year security got involved and there was an altercation.
