I was noticing last year on a flight home from France that I did indeed love turbulence! Something about the *Bing* and the subsequent energy that arises in the cabin makes me excited. I think it makes the flight more enjoyable to be bumping through clouds and shaking about the cabin.
I even got the chance to experience turbulence while standing as I was making my way back to my seat from the toilet while in Nice Cote D'Azur. I love it!
My friends found it strange that I could find such an uneasy event to be so enjoyable, but I think now that I know so much about aviation I understand that it is just miniscule!
Just wanted to know what other think  ;)

it depends on the amount of turbulence.  One time i had a flight from San Fran to Palm Springs and landing in Palm Springs is brutal, coming down in between all those mountains in a little Embraer, I actually got bruised on the head from slamming it into the window, and the negative G's were gut wretching, luggage was falling out of the storage space, and a few of the passengers were getting sick, i was white knuckled and wide eyed until the bird stopped (we bounced twice on the runway)

As far as mild turbulence, some bumps and a bit of shaking, I enjoy, as it feels like flying.  But that Palm Springs crap, you can keep that

When I was coming home from LA last year on a CO flight, we hit a patch over the Sierra Nevadas where we dropped about 500 feet in three seconds, or so it felt. My coffee jumped out of my cup and on to my lap and camera. I was not a happy camper... err... flyer.

I only encountered some turbulence in the C208 when climbing, not a lot though.Other thing is, we dont have any seatbelts, let alone seats .

No disrespect, but I've found our female friends have a more difficult time dealing with turbulence. I kept having to answer 'Is this normal?' from a girl sitting in front of me when we were bumping along the atlantic a while ago. She was the type who was white knuckle on the seats.

I'd like to experience turb in a smaller aircraft like a crj2 or an emb135. Seems to me like it might be more intense.

The more the better, baby!  I love watching those wings flex up and down.  It's amazing to see engineering in motion.

In the area I flew to get my instrument rating we constantly had a lot of turbulance.  Over time I learned to anchor my hand to a background part of the instrument panel before touching any buttons.  There were many times I just went to push one button just as we hit a pocket of rising air to hit another.  One time I managed to delete my GPS flight plan as I hit several buttons at once.  :o  

And that doesn't even count all the times I've nearly hit my head on the top of the airplane.  Fun times.  

Up to a certain point it's entertaining, but it's mostly a PITA when your trying to hold heading, altitude, and airspeed.  A few bumps when you're out bombing around VFR is fun though.

I don't mind it much, wings going bouncy bouncy is fun to watch while some people have a death grip on their armrests

Time I really could have done without though, back in 98 I was coming home from Florida with my mom, I was about 14 years old at the time.

I don't mind turbulence, and there's always someone near me who's scared (BTW, watch the men more closely and you will see some of them are just as scared as the women who openly show their discomfort), but I ignore the seatbelt sign because I keep it fastened from pushback to parking.

I make it tight for takeoff, landing, and serious turbulence, but leave it on, at least loosely, unless I have to get up, which I avoid doing.

There's such a thing as unforecast, unreported clear-air turbulence at the FLs, and it can kill you if you're not strapped in.

A while ago I heard about an AC A320 that hit some wake turb and so the news says "flipped upside down" at cruise altitude... I wonder how it got wake from the alleged NW 747-400. Anyways, apparently there were people on the ceiling and flying about the cabin. Ever since hearing that I wear the seatbelt loose whenever I'm in my seat, they say so in the videos, and it doesn't really bother me. I'd rather come out alive than with a leg cramp

If you like that try walking along a RAF Nimrod whilst pulling several G in steep turns at 2-300 feet above the sea  8-)
