Short warning I know, but I'll be spending a few hours at the local tomorrow to catch the Air Atlantique DC3 operating pleasure flights...:)

You going on one? I'm taking a flight at either Exeter or Newquay (believe it or not, it's actually cheaper and easier to get to Exeter than it is to St.Mawgan using public transport.  ::))

Unfortunately not.....100 quid for 30 minutes is a little steep.....I'll happily take some snaps from my usual spot ;)

I can't make it today unfortunately, so i'm gonna go up tommorow, weather notwithstanding. However, i have just seen it fly overhead portishead whilst on my paper round, really nice and low, nice engine growl as it went overhead, literally directly banking over the road i was on, can't have been more than 1500ft. Brilliant sight.

Well....I'm back having become slightly sunburned and spending 2 hours on a usually 40 minute journey (Bon Jovi Concert at Ashton Gate this evening  >:( >:( )

Was an excellent sight and sound to see at Bristol amongst the usual orange A319s. Just a shame that its take off roll was so short and therefore it was quite high by the time it got down my end of the runway :P

Saw it over Bristol on the way back....looked much lower then anything (bar the police chopper) that I've ever seen......wish I could have been on her now :(
