The L-39 is a much better handling aircraft as well.  I've heard that the L-29 flys like a very underpowered T-33.

Hey if you're interested in an L-39, I can hook you up. The company I work for (International Jets, Gadsden Alabama) specializes in L-39 service and we have 2 or 3 for sale.

Interested yes, can afford it, no.    I can barely afford to keep renting the Archer here.
