Well I just had my first lesson today logged 1 hour, it was put off for several days due to strong storms. But anyway I did, the preflight, some taxiing, all the radio calls (the ptt was only on the left side),takeoff, climbs, turns, steep turns, approach stalls, inflight emergency (loss of power), traffic pattern, a touch and go, and a landing (the plane can be used again ;D). Looking forward to my next lesson 8-)

Heres a picture: (I'm in the left seat)

I think the same people who make cat-flaps make Cessna C-150 doors ;)

If you like that, you'd love getting in and out of a 140... ;D

Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

Dang, that sounds like just about all of PPL training, not a first lesson. ;D

Congratulations. 8-) ;)

And being 6 feet tall doesn't help much either ;D

The lesson was an hour and a half long but the first 30 minutes where spent getting the plane out of the hanger without damaging the P-51 flying replica my friend is building, or knocking the nav light off the wingtip, it comes within a 1 inch of the hanger wall :o ;)

Your going to have real fun when you try, I said try, to get into the front seat of a J3 or PA11 Cub. Just got to hope no body is looking.
Have fun, you will remember this time in your life.
