Yet another failed attempt to fly through the ground instead of the air?

;)

Glad the pilots are safe, in any case.

As for how expensive a loss this is, well . . . that's just the nature of the beast, I'm afraid.  As soon as you can get people to stop fighting one-another at the drop of a hat, we can switch from spending billions of dollars on the military and instead make sure everyone has a shiny new system that runs FSX like a dream.

;D ;)

Selfishly awaiting world peace,
Darrin

All those millions of square miles of air and it still flies into a planet ;D

Maybe the planet didn't get out of the way because it couldn't pick the B2 up on Radar :D

Perhaps one really ill-advised game of "chicken"?

I'd say it's actually a very cheap loss.  Let's face it, they aren't going to buy another one and they don't really need the ones they already have.  So it's just one less airframe sitting on the flight line in need of maintenance.

They have been using it for a while now, you just don't now it because the system works that well. ;). Sucks though that we lost one of our coolest most advanced planes. But the pilots are ok, witch is a good thing, but now they don't have any plane to fly when they get back to base.

probly something tiny like a fragment of a crump from a ruffles potato chip in the engines

it will be something small...
