One example of complete thoughtlessness:
53. Bicycle to work.
Not much use when you've just been made redundant & have no work to go to. ::)
or when you're an airline employee with a 500 mile commute. ::)
its true, some of the things make good sense
like dont grocery shop when your hungry (we use that one) ;D
or; turn the lights off when you leave the room... no kidding!
but its a real indicator as to where the airline industry has gone when the airline has to give its pilots, mechanics and flight attendants are given a pamphlet with suggestions like dig out of the trash.
i find myself between a rock and a hard place as an airline employee
in that regard... i really like the work i do and the people i work with, but that sense of enjoyment... however important... wont keep my bills paid.
the age old question im seeking an answer to as we speak
>>> would i rather have a job i loved and make almost no money, or have a job i hated and have a really good income?
the difficulty and hesitation in answering that question indicates a problem right away :-/
