I follow this whole thing, closer than I need to.. Mainly because I've made many, young freinds of instructors; passing through the club, on their way to professional flying careers. And because I'm a pilot, always keeping in the back of my mind, that I might fly for hire, some day. And because a good freind's father has just retired
