On the airbus A310/320 does the pilot use the right hand or the left hand on the controls? I mean which hand for the throttles and which hand for the flight controls ?

I have a Saitek X52 and it  is hard to fly with the left hand, or I should say more difficult than with the right.

Well the A310 and A320 are two different families. The A300/A310 has a center-mounted yoke. The A318/319/320/321 has a left hand joystick.

Here's a photo of the A380 flight deck showing the typical sidestick layout. http://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=957790
This wouldn't be much different from a conventional yoke which is designed to be used with either hand.

On dual-controlled aircraft with a side-by-side seating arrangement the captain or PIC usually flies the aircraft from the left seat with his left hand leaving the right hand free for centrally mounted throttles & ancillary controls. On single-seat fighters with fly-by-wire controls the sidestick is usually on the right.
