Prices?

Well, i was wondering today, about how much it would cost too..

Rent a Cessna172 averagely for an hour with fuel in the US and UK?

Where I fly it costs $61 an hour and fuel is $4.55 per gallon, and it's assumed that we use 8 gallons per hour, so it comes out to just under $100 an hour to rent it wet.

Be sure to remember that that's only for where I rent aircraft.  It could be totally different other places. ;)

160hp C172 with GPS  ...  $97/hour wet.

180hp C172 with GPS ...   $115/hour wet.

10% discount when bought in 20 hour blocks...

All are plus sales tax..

It can vary quite a bit in the US- for savings, stay away from larger cities. Out here in San Diego I've been renting a Champ at a not-very-busy Class D airport 20 miles east of the city for $55/hr with fuel, and the same outfit has a 172 for $75/hr, an a 182 for 90-something dollars/hr.

132.50 for a 172 Analog wet.

150 for a G1000.

$89.00 per hour for a Cessna 172 and the airplane comes wet and the Cessna 152 we have at the FBO that I work at is $75 an hour wet.
