Search function no workie, so I can't find the original thread... so who is going? All simVers attending Airventure this year, please PM me with your cell #, and I will respond with mine. I will be there from the weekend before until Saturday night.

I'll be there, but I don't know what days yet, anytime would work though.

I'll arrive there probably the 23rd or 24th. I've got about 4,000 miles of flying before then, so weather may delay me later.

Which is exactly why I passed up a chance to fly in with somebody- he's planning to leave from NJ on Wednesday... could be a short visit . Not as much fun driving in, but at least I'll have a little more control that way.

I know somebody who's flying out of Linden... but he's planning to head that way on  Wednesday the 25th, right in the middle of Airventure.
 I passed on that ride because I didn't want to chance missing a lot of the week due to wx (remember, he may have to head home early to avoid bad wx as well), but if you're interested, I can get him in touch with you.

Or:  I could use a co-driver on that 15-hr journey... leaving probably late Saturday afternoon, and probably returning Sunday the 29th. Bring tent and gas money.

If anyone is curious, there's already a bunch of people camping up there now.  I just flew up there this afternoon, and there's already quite a few airplanes, tents, and campers up there next to the runway.  It's still a little early for me though.

I belive i am going, I'll be there with a musem that is bringing some aircraft and military stuff. It is American Wings Air Musem,  theyll have a L-19 birdog, An OV-1 Mowhawk, a Duce 1/2, and a strang machine called a mechinzed Mule(4wheels and an engine more or less)

Im lloking forward to the F-22 that will be there flying

Are they giving rides? I love OV-1s. and L-19s. I'll help clean them; whatever it takes.
