A little irreverence is a good thing... but so is a little respect.  This isn't something that happened in a cartoon on TV.

Next time anyone feels like goofing on the military dirge known as "Taps", they might want to remember this:

Guys, I wasnt trying to be funny. And Sorry Fly2e if I offended you. I know how big airline disasters are, my uncle and my cousin almost died in an accident. I just wanted to post this because this was a pretty big incident for the Blue Angels team. But they'll recover.

I hope you can understand how your OP was misconstrued...that was kinda weird.

They will indeed recover- not the first time they've lost a team member in a flight accident, and they are Navy pilots after all. Let's just hope that something will be learned from this mishap that will prevent the same thing happening again... it could have been much worse, if more than one aircraft was involved or folks on the ground were injured.

Didn't know that.... something tells me they will be making some changes in how they define the area of their "box"... the couple of times I've seen them perform, they had to fly out over built-up areas beyond the airport fence occasionally, but always popped up to near 1000 feet to do so. I wonder how close these trees and houses were to the airport boundary.
