Pretty bad isn't the word for it!!
Over four inches of rain in our area. Some parts of the East Coat received from two inches to a foot of snow. Winds are 25 - 30 MPH with 55 MPH gusts!!

Rivers, that are usually a good 10 feet below a certain Bridge in my town, are almost washing ONTO the Bridge (Apparently a small Dam broke up river, which could be the problem)... Our basement flooded (6-7 inches of water. How fun.)... and to top it all off... With those insane gusts mentioned above (Well over 50MPH, with 20 being the regular), A branch fell onto my Mom's car and cracked the windshield :o
