i was listening to the feed shortly when i heard something disturbing. An air Mexico or whatever was requesting to land at LAX. The Air Mexico pilot was mixing Spanish and English together and even worst was mumbling. it took about 4 times for ATC to figure out what Air Mexico wanted.

I don't know is this is scary to you but it is for me. :-?

It's not necessarily scary, just terribly inconvenient,  somewhat illegal, and relatively unsafe.  One of the requirements to fly is be able to use the English language.  I'm not totally sure of the requirements in that particular situation are, but I'm pretty sure that the LAX controllers don't appreciate having to deal with a pilot who can barely communicate with them.

It's possible this pilot didn't cross the border often in the past... it's very common for non-English-speaking pilots to use their native tongue , or a mixture, when flying in their home airspaces.  Not excusing him, of course... but sometimes English-speaking pilots don't do much better... ;D

You should listen in to French ATC if you think that this is shocking. A while back a joint complaint was made against Charles de Gaulle by the big foreign players that French crews speak French in France on the ground and no one else can understand what is going on. A bit dodgy when Le 747 is cleared Le left or Le right.
