Okay, ya'll!  Here's a little game for you:

Name all the cockpits in the pictures.  As a bonus, try to name the places shown outside the windows (if you can!)

Number two is a CRJ-200, number five is a 747.

By the way, how can you tell the difference between a 733's and 734's cockpit?

Places: Anywhere, except the second to last, which is Rio.

Well a 737-200 is obvious (Even though some 733's have the same style)
A 734 and a 733... well.. there isn't really, just that I have noticed that a lot of 733's have the brown surrounding on the ADI, so it just figured that it was more likey to be a 733 rather than 734, eventhough it may even be a 734...  :P ::)

737-200's share similar cockpits with some 737-300's,

as do...

737-300' share cockpits with 737-400's and 500's and maybe even some 600's

Then you have 737-600's, 700's, 800's and 900's with the NG fully glass gauge cockpits.

Well thats what I figure...  :D ;)

there is no 747, A340, A380, or any such aircraft. all you need to look at is the throttle quadrants.

if i weren't in the bathroom writing this, i'd name them all for you by throttle quadrant alone.

No A340? How about #4? I'm sure I can see 4 throttles, plus 4 engines displayed on the EICAS.  :-?

I was hoping for older cockpits. All those new glass cockpits and their fancy computer screens are all foreign to me... ;D

You can tell the differance of a 737 cockpit at how old it looks and how the AP/ Master warning panel looks. There is webbie somehwere where they explain it all ::)
