US Helicopter + Middle East = Guess what happened?

Yep, another crash.

Basically...Overtemp close to max ceiling -> flameout -> risk blowing up #2 because of compensating power-> decides to land it somewhere -> falls down like piano

Chinook - no surprise there

i have NEVER spoken to any army grunt that had anything kind to say about that aircraft.

Seems like all of em are falling down over there, i believe 3 Dutch CH-47 were also downed overthere.

Why are you keeping a tally of crashed US helecopters?   :-?

I just find aviation related news article that I think you might be interestted in and then post them here.
Also, there has already been a few crashes already this year.
