Microlite flight

I went up in an Icarus C42 yesterday afternoon, I went to Barton (Manchester UK) and went up for 30 mins. It was fantastic 8-) crusing at 85 kts. We went up to 3000 ft I could see Blackpool well but Liverpool and Manchester were under the fog. The Icarus is very responsive and very very nice, the cockpit is wider than the Cessna 150. One of the things that struck me was the lack of vibration. The two things I would like to change was the throttle position and the flaps. The throttle is between your legs, the flaps lever is above the dash in the centre of the roof, the stick is in the centre and sitting in the left seat you use your right hand for the stick so have to use your left hand to pull on the flaps. The first stage of flap is easy but on final pulling on the second stage of flap was quite hard. Electric flaps would be better. I would recomend the Icarus to any one as a very nice comfy cheeper way to fly.
