US Navy Textures

Back in 1967 when I was in the Crashcrew at NALF Monterey, there was a Medivac that used to come into the base all the time. The plane was similar to the Convair 440 i think. Does anyone know of any textures that would pertain to that particular aircraft? We would have to wait for the plane to touch down and follow it to the parking area to unload wounded guys from Vietnam. It was a sobering sight. Anyway. it was colored like the normal Navy aircraft with MEDIVAC with the red cross on a white background. Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

That's kind of mean to say, MIKE!
Have you tried looking in the simv search feature, or a---m's?
sorry mods, just trying to help.
if i remember correctly, a few months ago there was a fisco about weather or not people can recomend (other site) on Simv's forums. I'm not picking at a old scab!

He never said he was in Vietnam. Rather, NALF Monterey, which is California. Read before you type, and more rightly, criticize.

From your description it was a Convair C-131 Samaritan. These were used by the USN & USAF for medical evacuation work. I can't find a USN version but here's a photo of a model in USAF markings.
