Oh No !

Just saw on the local news here......... :(

..........the only two existing Martin Mars, operated by TimberWest a local logging company, are up for sale..........very sad news on Vancouver Island and for everyone else in range of these massive "flying boat/water bomber" aircraft........they have saved uncounted financial losses with their ability to douse forest fires......... :'(

Not sure if they will be replaced or not...........this was the first public word that they are on sale......on a side note for you Mark.....do you think I should go to the Y2K project today for the open house and pick up something for you ?
