Where Is the Elevator trim or Pitch In the Boeing 717 or DC-9 wich is the same (you know ,like those big wheels in the Default b737 in each side of the throlle and flaps control panel);i have wach many cockpit like this one URL..Airlines.netand I haven't even a clue,Isn't those circles beneath the surface of the panel,Is it?,...Im making a model and I haven't made it yet,I can go to ask to the airport,I'm still sick,Anybody knows it?

Isn't that the trim wheel on the right side of the throttle quadrant? I guess there would also be an electric trim switch on the yoke...?

Are you sure? rotty This is a very old model(ds-9) even the b777 has a lever....

Being a derative of the MD11 design (which has a conventional trim wheel right next to the speed brake lever), one would assume that the B717 would have a wheel aswell.
But alas, new technology has replaced the standard "wheel" and there is NO actual wheel, but just a little button on the throttle pedestal, similar to what the pilots have on their yokes.

I knew it ,I spend the hole day trying to find out this anwer...

Sorry Alrot, I kind of screwed up.
In flight operations, the pilots can use the yellow "Alternate Longitudinal trim" button, located between the fuel levers. Look at the pic again, I changed it.
But if the 717 is somewhat similar to the old MD80, then the yellow "ALT LONG TRIM" button only powers the secondary trim motor.

Though one can be fooled to believe that the small wheel to the right is a trim wheel, but it's not. It is a takeoff flap selector, believe it or not

The 717/MD90/80 is really not in my ballpark, but I hope it helps.

After some deep digging in my pictures archive I came up with this close-up image



The "Stabilizer trim" button to the left I'm not sure of. But I guess it's a cut off switch to prevent runaway stabilizer conditions. It interrupts power to the electric trim motor, so to speak.
But like I said...I'm not 100% sure
