P-47 Photos

hey folks, lookin at getting a new tattoo and am wanting a P-47 in it, does anyone know where i can find some good photos of the P-47 in combat? color preferably but if not B/W will also work.

That's not a bad idea, using a sim image... you could really customize it that way.
 Besides, most wartime photos from the field are just snapshots; not very good quality. And if you're talking about a pic of a fighter in actual battle, you might find enemy gun-camera footage, but not much else. It's not like they had camera ships flying around in the midst of battles!  ;D

pick all the P-47 artwork.  Great stuff.
