HB-YIZ

Postby ozzy72 » Sun Aug 21, 2005 12:47 pm

It is with great regret that I have to report the crash of MJ-10 (75% scale Spitfire replica) HB-YIZ. Tragically the 39 year old pilot Stefan Haug was killed in the crash http://www.nzz.ch/2005/08/20/vm/newzzECM7SY4G-12.html
Stefan was a great enthusiast of the replica movement and encouraged people to chase their Spitfire dreams. A sad loss to our close community of builders :(

That's bad news. Unfortunately my German is non-existent.
