can anyone give me more detailed info on how and what types of atc i can listen to?

Actually, on liveatc.net, I saw a section for "Willow Grove Tower", a NAS that is just a few miles away from my airfield-they always yell at us for busting their airspace on takeoff, but thats ok, I'm a rebel.
