Thanks for your reply.
Why is 707 being used for cargo thoughtIsn't it a very old aircraft? A lot of airlines have moved to 767 or 747 for transporting cargo. Operating a very old aircraft isn't safe, well depending on how they maintain them thought. What do think?
Thanks for your replies people, Interesting stuff you guys mentionedAlso researching a lot about 707 I also understood that most people say that Boeing 707 is not very comfortable for today. But what do they mean by that? I have seen some picture with quite comfortable seats in Boeing 707. Or is it because of the overhead bins that didn't have little door that you open and close when you put your luggage in? Anyone knows the answer? Thanks you people once again
I don't think there were too many people comfortable on that flight - considering they landed with 1 more passenger than what they started the flight with (a baby was born en route).
Lol, that's intersting. When did that happen? Felix/FFDS, you mentioned about overhead rack on Boeing 707, I get it why they didn't have overheads bins with opening and closing doors but then where did all those people that were on a plane put their bags?
