Apparently the proceeds of the auction will go to charity. That's fine but personally I see no practical use for such an object & have no room for it. Therefore I would not put in a bid. In my old company headquarters building less than 1 mile from where I'm sitting, there is a 50,000 square foot, 2-storey warehouse full of similar junk. The only difference being that their junk has some practical use or it would be thrown out.
