Postby Fozzer » Mon Jul 14, 2003 4:27 pm

What sort of vehicle is currently supplying and servicing the International Space Station?
According to NASA, the
Space Shuttle Columbia is considered rather too dangerous to fly since the recent problems...

Are there any people out there at present, and is any further work being carried out with the building of it..?

Cheers all...!

Hi Paul, there is currently a crew and they are being supplied by the Russian low tech system, but the building work has been suspended until the shuttle is back in service.

Low tech seems to be working just fine!
I sometimes wonder if they don't perhaps have a v.big fishing rod and a gnome space suit for emergency rations though.......

they should restart the Buran program...or Europe should make a descent shuttle...but that would cost too much...especially for Belgium, we just bougth 7 A400M's and we are almost bankrupted now...
Raw power...the J-58.
