hometown aviation history (Thomas-Morse Scout )

Amazing what you discover when you look at local history. There is a building in Ithaca, NY that has the words Aeroplane Works on it, and the overhang for the main doors is part of a wing upside down. They dont make airplanes there so I am thinking its some "new age" thing. Come to find out, the building was a aeroplane factory (at least part of the plane was built there) and the owners just updated the aeroplane factory sign.
