Flight Simmers will be aware of the Airfield layout at San Francisco International Airport; KSFO.

Air Canada plane about to land on 28R with another aircraft possibly on the same runway, and an aircraft radio communications failure!

It is symptomatic of what is happening in Civil aviation across the world I'm afraid, aircrew shortages, ground crew shortages, poor maintenance and tired pilots. Training course design privatised to companies that have no idea about aviation. etc etc in short profit before safety.
