But in Flight Simulator they just Bounce off those house's !!!!

investigation will reveal : Pilot didn't have the proper Crash Detection set properly and that the Sliders were slid to the Left enabling Crash's !!

Force Feedback was Enabled ????

Did NOT have the check box checked - unlimited Fuel ~ !!!!

Looking at how he hit that house I think that his turn coordinator was stuck and he wasn't paying attention to the altitude. Easy things to miss.
