LOL That is the runway that I use when I fly into San Fran. I really enjoy the local scenery there and the water all around, the bridges, etc etc. Very nice area to fly around and see the sights.

Most of my daily explorations have taken place in and around KSFO and the Bay area since my; "Flight Unlimited II" days...
...the base for my Cessna 172 was always at Half Moon Bay airfield [KHAF]!
"FU II" in 1997 (before Microsoft FS '98!) started my fascination with all things relating to California and the Pacific Coast!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_Unlimited_IIThe "noise abatement rules" regarding take-off and landing at KSFO means that I must remember NOT to tune in the ATC if I wish to use any of the four runways of MY choice!
Otherwise ATC will always direct me to 28R incoming!
The take-off from 28R takes one over San Bruno where strict noise restrictions occur.
...does anyone remember the deadly San Bruno Gas Pipe Explosion in 2010...I followed it in the daily news at the time!...>>>
