F-15 Crash in WVa!

Read the last paragraph. This person obviously has no CLUE about the difference between a seat PAN and a Survival VEST...
you SIT on the seat PAN, you WEAR a Survuval VEST...Unless you've pulled a LOT of G I suppose...
They didn't pull that many G I guess...
Note the SEAT PAN in the lower left area...

It appears that the vest is no longer worn by the AF pilots. they STILL don't "jettison" survival gear, they lower the seat pan on it's lanyard to help prevent injury....HUGE difference...
