When to put Tire Chains on Jetliners ?

Wonderin' whens the best time to put on the ol' Tire Chains on the Tires of the Airplane
probably should put em' on before Landing
that way ya won't get Stuck in the Snow, like this Southwest Jet just a few minutes ago, at Kansas City Airport
I can see pilots Dangling from below the Jetliners attempting to put tire chains on the tires
Theres a Trick to it
