Reading the article, I think there is a lot of information missing. For a starters, neither of the operated aircraft by this company have locks on the doors. You want to lock the door, you put a paper seal across the door to skin that rips when the door it opened to show someone has had access. Also, what about cleaning and maintenance access to the aircraft. And lastly, a person sat in an passenger seat asleep, not exactly something that could be missed, unless he was laying down and even then, he would have to ball up and not to mention that the cabin crew would have made a check to ensure all passengers were strapped in and sat upright as part of the cabin landing check. I have a suspicion that this guy is not 100%.......

Being smart, logical, and quite possibly right about the story, expat, means nothing to a lawyer.

The one jury screening that I had to set through was an interesting experience. The lawyers on both sides rejected the smarter people from the jury pool.

Unfortunately, I was rejected for technical reasons, not smarts.


I think that they want jurors who could be persuaded that IF something like that could happen, THEN the claimant COULD have suffered GREAT TRAMMA. AND therefore deserves BIG BUCKS with which to pay their lawyer.

The planes are filthy and a disease on the ground and in the sky. Guess who has to clean the planes? Yes even the lavatory, you do !! They discontinued cleaning services to cut costs
