At least the DC-10 is still in service with the air cargo companies (#4).

There is a small error on the #5 screen - "The 707 doesn't look like much now, but it started the 7-series of Boeing planes...".

I remember hearing a Boeing exec mention that old man Boeing (William E. Boeing) liked the number 7, and wanted to name the B-52 the B-7. When he was told that he couldn't do that he worked for, and succeeded, in getting it named the B-52. 5 + 2 = 7

Other examples are;
Boeing 247
The 314. 3 + 4 = 7
B-17
And all the other direct 7s such as the 707, 727, etc.

That's a cool bit of information.

I still remember those news reports back in the 80's about the engine falling of the DC-10. Then everybody was afraid to fly in her cause they thought all
the engines were going to fall off. To tell ya the truth, I had a little bit of that fear when I flew to Utah in the 80's. I think the second plane I caught was
actually a DC-9 but I couldn't help the thoughts. The fact that she was a total rattle trap didn't help matters. I was always a pretty brave kid but the
night flight in the 9 was a little spooky.
