As you all know, I don't normally do online sympathy, however I will make the exception for Arnie Schreder. Since the first episode of that show, it was "plane" to see his passion for flying and ability to to pass on his knowledge in a manner where even when he put a pilot down, it was a learning experience and not a set back for said pilot. Ice Pilots is a great show, but the management and treatment of the younger pilots, that being treat them like shit and see if they stay and then if they do, treat them like the long estranged child who wants to rejoin the family fold, now that Arnie has passed on, I think that the turn over of young pilots in that company, well,

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
