I think that is a fair statement, sign of the times is correct. In this world of social media, touchy feely workplace and people being offended at the drop of a hat, the world revolves around me mentality seems to be getting bigger and bigger and going out with a bang (no pun intended) and giving the world the middle finger seems to becoming quite common. When did committing suicide and taking as many people as you can with you become part of a person exiting this world......... :(

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
