Delivery Flight Routes

Postby Sean Grenyer » Sun Oct 23, 2011 3:35 pm

Hey

Wondered if anyone knew where I could get information on the routes that manufacturers take when delivering aircraft to their customers, especially multi-hop-cross-Atlantic deliveries. For Boeing, Airbus, DeHavilland, etc.

I realise Flightaware.com is one of the best places for such flight plans but only for each leg and would need to know the flight number.

Thanks.

I don't think delivery is included.

I suspect most airlines send crews to the plant to pick up the new planes and fly them to their first scheduled flight's departure point.

You spend that much money on a new plane, it needs to start generating revenue ASAP.

cheers,
Joe
