When all else fails, follow the "shiny" knob theory.

You only are supposed to use the shiny ones, because those are the ones everyone else has used a lot. 

The only caveat, beware any aircraft that has shiny emergency buttons, someone has had exciting times in that aircraft multiple times.

You only need to know the location of one switch and the direction of throw............Battery master ;D ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Yeah but that is such an old designed, imagine if they had actually made the new space shuttle like they were supposed to, it would look more like a A380 or B787.
