What are these?

If you notice below the windows their is a shield and another logo.  What are they and can you find a larger version?  I've wondered this for a while since SR is my favourite foreign airline scheme. :)

At a guess, I would say it is the name of a town and the shield of said town. They seem to be different on each aircraft. It seems to be the latest thing to name aircraft as if they are boats. Thankfully the airline I work for does not do it..........yet......

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
