my family flew out of dubai a few hours before, so getting a text saying a plane crashed there was a bit unnerving for a few mins while i checked.
sad to hear this though.

2 Boeings Crash After Take Off!

Postby OVERLORD_CHRIS » Sun Sep 05, 2010 1:59 pm

This is actually starting to freak me out, with the C-17, and now UPS 747-400, both taking off and banking, and both falling out the Sky shortly after take off, That makes 2 Boeing's to just fall out the Sky in 2 months doing all most the same exact thing, there has to be something that caused it.

It's probably my imagination, but does it seem like there have been an abnormal amount of large aircraft crashes lately?

That depends... what's the normal amount?  ;)

If every uneventful flight made headlines, we'd hardly notice the accidents.
