It says other airlines have used it with success, but will it work in the UK?

So are they basically saying work for nothing, or don't come into work at all?

This is when you rely on the good faith of the people to try and all work together to achieve something. I think that just about describes what the employees are gonna do.  ;D

All you youngsters pay close attention to what's happening.. You had better plan for YOUR future, and not count on companies or governments for things like pensions...they're on the verge of having to print money to keep them funded..

I second that. Also, work a month for nothing/forced unpaid leave or unemployed.......left me think for a nano second............a month for free please!!

And of course were it too happen it would probably take the form of an 8.3% pay cut in one year, as opposed to a month sans pay! That'd make everyone's mortgage payments fun!
