Second delay that's been announced in the last month. I think we'll believe Boeing's time scales once it's flown for the first time!

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Find one modern aircraft that has been 100% on schedule in the last ten years.  Manufacturers always try to set target dates, but there will always be unforeseen circumstances that are beyond their control.  I'd rather it be late than pushed out the door with glaring defects that might kill someone.

Don't let this economy thing get you too down.  The economy, like everything else in this world, works in cycles.  There are good times, and bad times, and it always fixes itself.  This downturn is truely global, not just limited to the United States.
