Russian Helo (Mi-28 specifically) Base?

I honestly do not know where this goes. After all, I do want an answer for use in flight sim, but its probably best to ask here.

So as the title suggests, where do Mi-28s operate out of? It would be nice to fly my new Alphasim Mi-28 somewhere other than Wollongong or NAS North Island...

Haven't been able to find anything on what specific military bases the Havocs operate out of, but they are manufactured in Rostov.

Thanks for that. Satellite imagery shows that as a civillian airport...but to the north west is another airport which seems to contain An-24s and Mil Mi helicopters.
