i cant imagine what it must feel like to see something strange in the afternoon sky... and then you say "im not saying its from another world... im just saying that in all my years of flying i have never seen anything like it" and in an instant everyone discredits you... questions your sanity... questions your ability to tell a jet airplane from a hole in the ground and flat out doesn't believe that you or half a dozen other people really saw anything.

Awww, come on!

But seriously, this could be the stuff of "grassy knoll" or "crop circles".  We've pretty much put to rest the mystery of the crop circles, but I suspect we'll never know the definitave truth of the grassy knoll.

I am guessing he saw, and I cant believe I am saying this, but I think he saw,, "the sun"... I know I know, its just a myth in these parts. But it could just be that thing they call,, "the sun".

Somehow I doubt a professional pilot would mistake the sun for something else. ;D
