Last airsihow of the season...

Postby Boss_BlueAngels » Tue Sep 27, 2005 5:44 pm

Well, nearly 500 photographs later, my airshow season came to an end on Sept. 11th.

I went to the Hillsboro International Airshow and their lineup included the A-10, F/A-18F, T-6A Texan II, USAF Thunderbirds and Oregon ANG F-15's.  The airport features an aviation museum with two planes that participated in the show... a Polish MiG-17, and a Jet Provost. :)

I'll post the pics in the photo section later, but just be lookin' out for 'em!

Also, my grand total of airshow photos is around 3,000!  Wohoo!

Sounded good! I suppose seeing as A-10s, the Thunderbirds are somewhat rarer in the UK! Though we have many Jet Provosts :)

Oh man, how embarassing... look how I spelled, "airshow"  man, I hate it when that happens.  ::)

Yeah, it was a good show.  Like I said, eventually I'll get around to posting the pics for ya.

Wait, you mean there isn't a silent "i" in "airshow"?

Uhoh.. all these years..

Anyways, sounded like a good time. ;)
