I have only flown twice in my life and i have found that many airlines care very little for customer service. When I was at Atlanta Heartsfield Airport flying on Delta I had missed a connector flight and had to experience a long line at the re-booking area and getting the run around from the ticket counter in the terminal to the main terminal trying to rebook. Then on the return leg our flight got in at 10PM after the last flight had left at 9PM and i had to stay in the terminal until 9 AM the next morning.
